Objectives

Learning to use minimally invasive therapeutic options to treat abdominal aortic aneurysm
Learning the conditions of use of the endovascular approach and to understand the benefits of ultrasound guidance and how to carry out this guidance through virtual reality
Teaching a colleague or a student, from anywhere, at anytime with in a virtual OR with a multi-user mode  

Case summary

A man aged 65 arrives for an initial consultation, a check up for an asymptomatic AAA.
The second consultation shows enlargement of AAA, which can lead to complications and requires surgery.
The third consultation consists of the ultrasound-guided placement of a stent by the femoral route.
You can do it in 3D, using virtual reality with our colleague or student, both of you in the same virtual OR.
The fourth consultation sees the patient in the Intensive Care Unit for post-operative follow-up
